We review correction reports regularly and prioritize factual errors and broken sourcing.
How to report
Use the Flag an error form and include the page URL plus what appears incorrect.
If the issue is urgent, note urgency in the message so triage can happen sooner.
What we change
Material corrections are updated on the canonical page and noted in the post update log when applicable.
Clarifications are labeled clearly so readers can distinguish them from data or methodological corrections.
